Processing time
Standard orders for this product are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Orders with a Matte Black Frame take 7–10 business days for production.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time includes both production time and courier delivery time. Delays of up to one week may occur during holidays.
Shipping options
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days. Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days. These courier delivery estimates are in addition to production time. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Pre-orders
Pre-order dispatch time is this product’s processing time plus 14 additional business days after placing your order. Shipping transit time is additional.
Lighting
All Display Frame LED USB versions provide white light only. The lighting does not change color.
Power supply
A power bank and plug are NOT included with the LED USB version. Please prepare them separately.
Assembly
Quick assembly for display.(e.g., Use a screwdriver to create holes and fasten the screws at the marked guide positions.).
Cancellations & refunds
If you request a refund because of a misunderstanding or for personal reasons after placing an order but before shipment, a processing fee of 10% of the order amount will apply to cover platform commissions and administrative expenses.
Returns & exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. If the goods have no quality issues, you are responsible for return shipping costs when requesting a refund or exchange.
