2. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Pre-Order Items: Will ship on specific date (marked on product pages).

  • Custom-Made Products: Require 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

4. Shipping Costs

     Calculated at checkout based on destination.


5. International Orders & Customs

     Important:

  • Duties & Taxes: Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and clearance procedures.

  • EU Consumers: Prices include VAT for orders shipped within the EU.

  • Restricted Items: Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to local laws.

7. Delays & Lost Packages

  • Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

  • Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us for assistance.
