Standard orders for this product are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Orders in sizes other than 50 × 80 cm or with a Matte Black Frame take 7–10 business days for production.

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days. Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days. These courier delivery estimates are in addition to production time. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Pre-order items take 14 business days for production. The exact date is marked on the product page. Shipping transit time is additional.

All Display Frame LED USB versions provide white light only. The lighting does not change color.

A power bank and plug are NOT included with the LED USB version. Please prepare them separately.

Quick assembly for display.(e.g., Use a screwdriver to create holes and fasten the screws at the marked guide positions.).

A 10% processing fee applies to order cancellations requested for personal reasons before shipment (to cover platform commissions and administrative costs).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. For returns after delivery due to personal reasons (no quality issues), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, contact service@dia-dia-dia.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at service@dia-dia-dia.com.
