This frame arrived backwards. The hardware to hang the frame was on the front side, the side you mount the car. Worthless product.
Dear customer,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It seems there might be a bit of a misunderstanding regarding the orientation of the hanging hardware. The hooks for hanging the frame are actually designed to be on the front side—the same side where you'll mount the car model. This setup is intentional to ensure the car is displayed prominently and the frame hangs correctly.
We recommend referring to the instruction manual that came with the frame for a clearer understanding of how to assemble and hang it properly. If you've misplaced the manual or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're more than happy to help clarify any steps or provide additional support.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure you have a great experience with our product. Feel free to contact us anytime with questions or concerns.
Best regards,
