If you request a refund due to misunderstandings or personal reasons after placing an order but before the item has been shipped, we will charge a 10% processing fee of the order amount (to cover platform commissions and administrative expenses).

If you need a refund or exchange after receiving the goods, and the goods themselves have no quality issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item, provided that the item is in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

The display itself looks great. Unfortunately, the back plate has a deep scratch, and the back plate isn't screwed on "professionally." Overall, the craftsmanship could be better. But it's okay for the price; unfortunately, you can't get it cheaper in Germany!
